CUSTOMLEADZ

All industriesRoofing

Ads for roofing companies.

Roofing has some of the most expensive clicks in home services. That makes it the trade where a sloppy campaign burns money fastest — and the one where a tight campaign quietly pulls away from everybody else.

The reality

What makes roofing different.

01

Expensive clicks are the opportunity, not the problem

Clicks run high here because the jobs are worth it. Competitors who set their accounts up loosely end up paying those prices for DIYers, job seekers and supply shoppers. A disciplined account wins on cost without ever raising a bid.

02

Shared leads aren't really leads

Buy from a lead seller and the homeowner fields four calls in ten minutes, one of which is yours. Your own campaign means your phone is the only one ringing, and the conversation starts differently.

03

Insurance work and retail work are different customers

"Roof replacement cost" and "storm damage roof inspection" are two different people having two different conversations. They shouldn't share a campaign, a budget, or a landing page.

The proof

What I can actually show you.

I don't have a roofing ad screenshot I'm able to publish yet, so here's what I can show you instead: the roofing site below is mine, and across the ad accounts I manage — dumpsters, excavation, concrete and more — that's 494 calls and $40K+ in spend handled personally.

Across every account I manage

$40K+

These are totals across every client account I run — dumpsters, excavation, concrete and more — not roofing figures. You can see each individual account's numbers on the proof of work page.

The approach

What I'd run for you.

Repair and replacement split apart

A leak repair search and a full-replacement search are worth wildly different amounts to you. Separated, you can bid what each is genuinely worth instead of averaging them together.

A ruthless negative keyword list

Roofing attracts job seekers, DIY researchers, material shoppers and students. Filtering them out is where most of the savings in a roofing account actually come from.

Storm-response readiness

Campaigns built so budget can be turned up the week weather hits your area, rather than a month later once the work has already been booked by somebody else.

Pages that answer the money question

Roofing visitors want a ballpark figure and proof you're a real local company. Landing pages built to give both before asking anyone to pick up the phone.

Straight answers

What roofing owners ask me.

You don't show roofing ad results — why should I trust you with roofing?

Fair question, and I'd rather answer it straight than fake a screenshot. The mechanics that make a roofing account work — intent separation, negative keywords, call tracking, landing pages — are the same ones behind the dumpster account doing $18 calls and the concrete account at a 5.72% click-through rate. You can see those numbers on this site. What I won't do is show you someone else's roofing dashboard and imply it's mine.

Are roofing clicks really that expensive?

In competitive markets, yes — often several times what a smaller trade pays. That's exactly why account structure matters more here. The savings don't come from bidding less; they come from not paying those prices for searches that were never going to become a roof.

Can you build the landing page too?

Yes, and for roofing I'd push for it. Sending expensive clicks to a general homepage is the single most common way roofing budget gets wasted. Local Roofing Services below is an example of the kind of page I mean.
